Located in the what some refer to as the lo'lands of South Carolina you'll find Alligators. So you combine lo'lands with Alligator and come up with LoGator, which is basically your South Carolina Alligator hanging out on the golf courses of Hilton Head Island.  Also inspired by a former South Carolina D-league basketball team known as the Carolina LoGators.
